Raw Material Storage Area
This section is designed to store the key raw materials required for regular production, with a total capacity of around 3,000 tons. It allows precise switching between different raw materials based on the needs of each system.

Production Workshop
An independent production system covers the entire process from manufacturing to washing and packaging. The facility boasts seven automated production lines with an annual output capacity of 10,000 tons.

Plastic Packaging Workshop
This facility is responsible for producing the polyethylene (PE) drums (20L, 25L, 28L) used to package organic peroxides. It ensures that our packaging needs are met in-house for various sizes.
Temperature-Controlled Warehouse
Used for products that require specific temperature conditions, this warehouse can hold up to 900 tons across nine standard storage rooms. The temperature range is adjustable between -20°C to 20°C, ideal for storing sensitive materials.
Ambient Temperature Warehouse
Covering 15,000 square meters, this facility is used for storing products and select raw materials at standard room temperature, ensuring ample space for large-scale storage.
Wastewater Pretreatment Facility
Before final wastewater treatment, this section handles preliminary cleaning of wastewater generated during production, improving the efficiency of the main treatment process.
MVR System
This wastewater treatment unit handles up to 9,000 tons of wastewater per day, efficiently supporting the facility’s production needs and ensuring environmental compliance.
Resin Adsorption System
Part of the wastewater treatment process, this unit enhances the purification of wastewater through resin-based filtration techniques.
Smart Fire Prevention System
Equipped with a modern firefighting pump room, the fire prevention system can be activated instantly to provide necessary cooling water for firefighting, guaranteeing continuous safety during production.
Fire Water Tanks
Designed to meet emergency fire water needs, these tanks also serve as an auxiliary water source in urgent situations, ensuring that the facility can handle any emergency effectively.
