Wastewater Treatment
Different types of wastewaters are processed separately based on their pollutants. After initial treatment, we use MVR technology to evaporate and desalinate the water. The treated water then meets the standards required for further treatment at the local wastewater facility. Each discharge point is monitored in real-time, ensuring transparency and adherence to environmental laws. Additionally, our efforts extend beyond just compliance. We focus on turning waste into valuable resources by recycling and repurposing materials. For instance, acids from production are treated for reuse, and other organic materials recovered from wastewater are integrated back into the production process. By-products such as sodium chloride and sodium sulfate are also recovered and reused, contributing to both environmental sustainability and cost savings.

We take an active approach to managing and reducing waste gas emissions by focusing on minimizing them right from the source. Specific areas in our operations, such as production, wastewater treatment, storage, and laboratories, are carefully monitored, and emissions are collected based on their type. These are then processed through a comprehensive five-stage purification system to ensure that they meet environmental standards before release. Our exhaust points are equipped with automated monitoring systems for real-time tracking of emission levels.
When it comes to solid waste, we ensure that all types of solid waste from production and other activities are sorted and collected based on their characteristics. Certified external contractors handle their safe and legal disposal.
Additionally, we've invested in an IoT monitoring system to closely track hazardous waste throughout its entire lifecycle, from generation to disposal, ensuring a fully controlled and compliant waste management process.
